宗旨：

以聖經為基礎，專注内在生命建造，培養與神親密關係，認識内住基督與聖靈恩膏，信靠内住聖靈大能，活出聖經教訓，生命不斷改變，以期成爲基督新婦，預備主的再來。

異象：

我們所見証的耶穌基督是神的兒子，衪是「一切，又在一切之內」－－是人類所有一切問題的終極答案。袐訣乃在於進入祂的同在, 認識衪，並經歷祂復活的大能。

使命：

我們的事工著重於基督徒內在生命的建造，跟隨聖靈，經歷基督，進入祂的榮耀，生命改變，榮上加榮，至終成為基督的新婦。

我們的信念：

我們深信，在這末後時代，聖靈在世界各地所作之工有兩大目的：1.大批收割靈魂，2.預備基督的新婦──建造聖城新耶路撒冷──迎接主的再來。我們只是與聖靈配合而已。

內在生活培訓：

目的乃在協助教會領袖和信徒培養有深度的屬靈生活和與神親密的關係，與神同行同工，生命被神改變，以帶下大有能力和效果常存的屬靈事工；重點則在住在主裏和培養教會領袖及信徒的品格，因兩者切切相關，能以成為合神心意的器皿。

培訓是以專題講座或研習會方式進行，分別在美國及海外不同地點舉行．例如2008年，除北美地區外，JMI的同工團隊曾在東南亞八大城市舉辦內在生活專題講座或研習會。

每年舉辦特會：

特會通常與研習會同時舉行，特會主題常環繞於JMI所著重的內在生活。自2006年開始，JMI已在德州達拉斯舉辦過三屆內在生活特會。同樣性質的特會也在台灣，香港，新加坡，馬來西亞、中國大陸，加拿大及美國東西兩岸等地舉辦過。近年也在各地建立等候神小組，預備作主新婦的操練。主要幫助教會領袖與信徒進入豐盛喜樂的生命，與神聯合的團契生活。

Purpose:

Based on the Bible, focus on the building of inner life, cultivate intimacy with God, know the indwelling Christ and the anointing of the Holy Spirit, trust in the power of the indwelling Holy Spirit, live out the teaching of the Bible, and change your life so as to become the bride of Christ and prepare for the Lord’s Coming again.

Vision:

The Jesus Christ we witness is the Son of God, and He is “everything and within everything” — the ultimate answer to all human questions. The key is to enter into his presence, to know Him, and to experience the power of His resurrection.

Mission:

Our ministry focuses on the building of the inner life of the Christian, following the Holy Spirit, experiencing Christ, entering into His glory, changing life, adding glory to glory, and ultimately becoming the bride of Christ.

Our belief:

We are convinced that in these last days, the work of the Holy Spirit in all parts of the world has two major purposes: 1. Mass harvesting of souls, 2. Preparation of the bride of Christ — building the Holy City of New Jerusalem — to welcome the Lord’s return. We just cooperate with the Holy Spirit.

Inner life training:

The purpose is to help church leaders and believers cultivate a deep spiritual life and a close relationship with God, walk with God and work together, and their lives will be changed by God, so as to bring about powerful and effective spiritual ministry; Living in the Lord and cultivating the character of church leaders and believers, because the two are closely related, to become a vessel that conforms to God’s heart.

The training is conducted in the form of special lectures or seminars, held in different locations in the United States and overseas. For example, in 2008, in addition to North America, JMI’s staff team held seminars on inner life in eight major cities in Southeast Asia.

Annual special conference:

The conference is usually held at the same time as the seminar, and the theme of the conference is often around the inner life on which JMI focuses. Since 2006, JMI has held three inner life conferences in Dallas, Texas. Special conferences of the same nature have also been held in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Mainland China, Australia, Japan and Canada, and the east and west sides of the United States. In recent years, groups for waiting on God have also been established in various places to prepare for the training of masters and brides. It mainly helps church leaders and believers enter a life of abundance and joy, and a fellowship-life united with God.
